Where is there available parking at the Air Canada Centre?

Currently there are 4 available on site easily accessible parking spaces reserved for spectators with disabilities. Spots must be reserved in advance of any upcoming event. Spaces are in limited availability. Please call our Fan Services at 416-815-5982 during 9am – 5pm Weekdays Monday – Friday. Closed on weekends.

Does Air Canada Centre charge a service fee at the ticket window?

Can I order tickets in person or by phone?

Certainly, you can order ACC tickets by phone by call 416-633-3333. In person, come to 250 Wellington street west, unit #127. Call for directions, parking and ticket availability before departing.

What are general admission tickets?

General admission tickets are when the ACC is setup on certain events for general admission. Spectator placement is subject to first come first serve. Seats may or not be available for general admission tickets. To enter any general admissions event at Air Canada Centre, fans must use Gate 2B which is an unmarked gate next to Gate 2. Please ask an usher or service rep if assistance is required.

Do children require their own ticket to an event?

Any child 23 months or under that age are permitted to Air Canada Centre without the need of a ticket, provided that they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Any child aged 24 months or older must have a valid ticket for a specific seat to an event. Policies are subject to change without any notice. Some events have different policies requiring toddlers to have tickets.

How can I buy season tickets?

Season tickets are a hot commodity for anything at Air Canada Centre. If you are looking for Raptors season tickets, Leafs season tickets, or any other tickets to ACC please call us to inquire 416-633-3333

Is alcohol permitted in Air Canada Centre?

Some events may not allow alcohol during the event. Any persons within Air Canada Centre in possession or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and be able to produce valid ID. The acceptable forms of identification are: a valid driver’s license, passport, age of majority card, Canadian citizenship card, Armed Forces ID card.

Any alcohol consumed within Air Canada Centre must be purchased within Air Canada Centre, no outside alcohol is permitted

Can I smoke at Air Canada Centre?

The Air Canada Centre is strictly a smoke free facility. Smoking is not permitted in suites, restaurant, seats, lounges, bars, or anywhere else within the facility. There are several convenient designated areas to exit and reenter for fans to smoke outside. Make sure you have valid reentry before leaving.

Am I allowed to bring bottled water or any food?

No outside foods or drinks are permitted within Air Canada Centre.

What time do gates open for an event?

All gates open 60 minutes ahead of the start of any concerts and live events.

During Raptors games, Gate #2 will be open starting at 5:00 pm, followed by all public entry gates 60 minutes ahead of the beginning of any home game at ACC.

During Leafs home games, Gate #1 will be open 90 minutes ahead to the start of any game, followed by Gate #2 opening at 5:00 pm, then Gates 3, 4, and 5 opening 1 hour ahead to the start of any game. For Saturday games, all Gates will open 90 minutes before the start of any Leafs games at Air Canada Centre.
For fans with Suite tickets or restaurant reservations, Gate 2 will open at 5:00pm. This does not apply to fans with any tickets other then Suite tickets.

 

General Rules

No Smoking is allowed in the Centre.
Cameras & Video equipment are not permitted for events.
Bags and Back Packs are NOT permitted.
Alcohol is not permitted on any General Admission floor seating.
No outside food or beverages permitted.
